3. Because most new infestations originate outside your home, we'll apply pest control materials to the exterior perimeters and outlying areas.
4. Follow-up: We'll come back on a regular schedule to provide additional exterior treatments. Because this service is exterior only, you won't have pesticides in your home, and won’t have to be home when we're working, so our schedule won't interfere with yours. What about termites?
If you need general pest control services, and are also concerned with protecting your home from termites, you’ll love our all-inclusive BUNDLED PACKAGE. For just the average price of $48/month (average home) after initial installation, we will give you a package that covers both subterranean termites as well as drywood termites. General pest monthly maintenance is also included in this price.
Subterranean termites live in vast colonies as deep as 50 feet underground, and can come up anywhere in search of cellulose, including the wood and paper products in your home. Homeowners often call us when they discover mud tubes going up the foundation, or poking through a painted wall or ceiling inside their home, or when they see flying termites “swarming” in and around the home.
Drywood termites don’t need mud tubes to invade your home. They don’t live underground and can start anywhere inside your walls or attic. You often see houses tented for the control of this species.

Be absolutely thrilled with our monthly maintenance service or it’s free! If we are unable to solve your targeted pest problem within three months from the date of the initial service, after re-evaluating and retreating, up to your last three monthly maintenance payments will be refunded to you upon request.
We’re on call for you! If the bugs come back, so do we. As long as you’re with us, and your account is in good standing, we will re-evaluate and, if necessary, re-treat all infestations covered under your agreement. |
